The Boathouse is a lively, high-energy venue serving fresh, seasonal dishes and offering an exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for a Supervisor to support the management team and ensure smooth daily operations.

**The role**

As Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing shifts and supporting the front-of-house team

Delivering excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction

Assisting with training, stock control, and team development

Maintaining high operational standards

Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
