**WE Talent** are working with a leading manufacturer in Essex who are recruiting for a **Sales Team Supervisor** to join their growing and busy team.

**Responsibilities**
- Contacting Customers to follow up quotations to secure orders
- Keep the CRM and ERP systems up to date
- Negotiate with Customers - build relationships, ascertain information and provide effective solutions
- Utilise pricing software to evaluate and update quotations when needed
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop profitable sales for the business
- Deputise for the Sales Manager when required
- Be the escalation point of contact for queries and concerns
- Organise and delegate team workload
- Check and approve work when required

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service or sales ability
- Prior experience as a Senior member of the team / team leader / deputy would be beneficial
- A confident communicator able to overcome difficult conversations
- A desire to achieve sales conversion for the business
- Self motivated and able to take ownership
- A confident user of IT (Outlook/Word/Excel to intermediate level)
- Office administration experience (desirable)
- Confident to discuss product price (training given)
- Experience or an industry in Construction/Manufacturing/Logistics (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
