Despatch Supervisor

**Tech Recycle is a leading and well-established IT/electrical refurbishment company operating on a four-day week (Mon-Thurs, 8am-5.30pm) and closed Fri-Sun.**

The despatch supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising the despatch process for a company, ensuring that all customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled and delivered on time. This includes supervising a team of pickers/packers, supervising the packing and labelling of orders, and coordinating deliveries with the shipping department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and supervising the despatch process
- Lead and supervising a team of pickers/packers
- Ensure orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled
- Supervise the packing and labelling of orders
- Coordinate deliveries with the shipping department
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time
- Maintain accurate records of all despatch activities
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a despatch supervising
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to supervising and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid UK driving license

**Physical Demands**:

- Standing for extended periods of time
- Lifting up to 25 kg
