As a Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the processing of customer orders, working closely with both operations and production to guarantee a seamless, first-class experience from farm to fork. If you’re ready to work with top-tier products, thrive on delivering excellence, and want your skills recognised in a respected, growing business, this is the next step for per hour (£32,240 per annum) Shift: 8:00pm to 06:00am Night Shift 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities: Review and process customer orders using the ordering and fulfilment systems. Ensure all orders are accurate and ready for timely dispatch. Work closely with drivers to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries. Develop proficiency in product recognition and ensure orders are correctly packed and prepared. Create a culture of accuracy and compliance across the despatch process. Always adhere to company policies and food manufacturing regulations. Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring that order fulfilment meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Requirements: Ideally able to comfortably drive a Van – holding a full valid driving licence. Experience with Butchery is very beneficial for this role. Level 3 Qualification in Food Manufacturing or Food & Hygiene is beneficial. Experience of operating an end-to-end production process for wholesale food.
