**Sales Admin/ Customer Support**
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator & Customer Support to join our well-established, family-run SME based in Chatham. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries. You will also provide support for sales representatives, preparing quotes and building customer relationships.
**Job Description**:
- Answering incoming sales calls
- Process sales orders/ quotes
- Dealing with customer queries
- Opportunity to progress to customer account management
- Office admin
Skills/ experience:
- Easy phone manner/ can build customer relationships
- Sales admin experience preferable
- Attention to detail - ensuring orders are processed accurately
- Taking own initiative to resolve any customer issues that arise and leaving the customers happy
Details:
Location: Chatham, Kent
- 25 days holiday + 8 days BH
- Free on-site parking facilities

Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
**Salary**: £22,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
