**Our Customer Service Operatives**

Will play an essential role in providing an effective and professional service, acting as a single point of contact for our valued customers whilst providing excellent Customer Service and administrative support to all our accounts.
- Building and maintaining good strong, long lasting relationships with our customers at all levels.
- Liaising with internal departments in relation to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales).
- Ensuring a timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to the service we are proud to supply to all our customers.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience within in a Customer Service role.
- Proactive approach to management of workload, be able to work closely with a team to deliver stick deadlines.
- Great organisation skills and a customer focus.
- Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
