**We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and work within an established digital agency based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Working with the account director and managers to propose paid media campaigns to clients in-line with their budgets and goals
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of the PPC strategy for the campaigns of clients including budget management and optimisation
- Producing monthly reporting on expenditures and conversions and reporting back to the account managers and presenting to the clients
- Communicating with the SEO, website development and content team to help ensure campaign landing pages are well optimised
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the paid media industry and converting these into opportunities for clients.

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- A minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar agency role
- Experience in executing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Knowledge of planning, analysis and reporting tools such as Keyword Planner, Google Analytics and Hotjar etc.
- A deep understanding of the digital landscape and trends
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to consistently improve campaign performance
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication with both the internal team and clients
- The ability to manage multiple client campaigns across a range of platforms and industries
- The ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently
- A strong sense of initiative and work ethic
- Critical thinking with attention to detail.
