**JOB ROLE**

**Your challenge will be to create fun, authentic, professional, and engaging videos for our brand. We are looking for a Tiktok expert who loves engaging and posting high quality content on social media. Your job will be to create social campaigns, creating video content, images and boosting our brand naturally with Tiktok’s algorithm. You will also be confident in this field and love digital trends. We are looking for you to bring your knowledge and ideas to our brand.**

**KEY TASKS**

**You’ll implement a strategy to grow our Instagram community, working with our team of social media volunteers to hit ambitious growth. By expanding our reach, as well as build up our relationships with brands and specialists. You’ll have time each week to tag, like and comment in our community as well as look for ways to expand and build traction. Familiarity with social media analytics and how to use them to inform content decisions and choices**

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- **Strong video and image editing skills - must be able to work within the Adobe Creative Suite, be a mobile filming expert and use a variety of apps, filters, and sound options**:

- **Qualified user in Adobe photoshop, illustrator**:

- **Self-motivated and aware of trends**:

- **High quality video creating and editing skills**:

- **Experience working in this field previously and working with big brands**:

- **Aware on how to boost online presence and algorithms**
**- Salary: Salary will be based on skills and experience. Bonus scheme, with a definite 6-month bonus (every June and December)**
**- Previous industry experience is a must, relevant degree in Digital Marketing/Design/Social Media required graduating from a Top 30 University**
**- Must wear formal office attire**
**- Personal phones must not be used for any purpose during working hours, only allowed to be used during lunchtime (no snacking during the working hours)**
**- Working Hours Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 - 5:30), 1-hour lunch break**
**- Holidays: 20 days a year plus bank holidays**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
