Property Manager

**Salary circa £25-35,000 DOE**

My client, an independent **Estate Agency** are looking for a **Property Manager** to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of **1 years+** Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for hard-working **Property Manager** who is organised, and efficient with excellent communication skills.

As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:

- Responsible for the management of fully managed properties
- Tenancy agreements
- Renewals
- Invoicing and other related admin
- Managing maintenance
- Arrange Move-ins/out
- Arrange Inventories
- Gas safety certs/EPC's
- Property inspections
- Referencing
- To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
- To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.

The individual will have:

- Experience of managing a portfolio of residential property
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
- Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
- Professional approach and appearance
