**Europcar is looking for an Assistant Station Manager at Sunderland**

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? We are looking for an **Assistant Station Manager** at our Sunderlandlocation.

**What we are looking for**:

- Have full responsibility for your branch when the Manager is absent to ensure the team deliver world class customer service
- Motivate and inspire the team on a daily basis
- Work to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- Demonstrate a passion for developing others as well as yourself
- Performance manage the team to drive sales and service
- Ensure your branch is up to date with all back office administration
- Work together with the fleet team to ensure you promote Europcar to our customers
- **A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required**

It is essential that you understand the challenges of the rental and sales sector, reaching KPI's and targets and delivering your work to the highest standards.
