**The role As a Station Supervisor, you’ll**:

- Lead and support the station and booking office team
- Keep customers informed with announcements and updates
- Assist passengers, including those needing extra support
- Manage rosters and supplies to keep things running smoothly
- Coordinate with Traincrew, Control and Depot Managers to minimise delays
- No two days are the same — you’ll be at the centre of the action, making sure journeys run safely and smoothly.

**About you**

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to stay calm and organised during disruption
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing situations
- A commitment to customer service and safety

£32,299 Plus aggregation and overtime allowance
