- potrafisz zająć się kwestiami jakości i procesu produkcji
- potrafisz kontolować terminy szkoleń dot. specyfiki działu
- potrafisz współpracować z innymi działami w celu optymalizacji wydajności produkcji
- potrafisz zapewnić, że odpowiednie procedury BHP, bezpieczeństwa żywności i higieny są wdrażane i utrzymywane
- rozumiesz HACCP
- rozumiesz proces produkcji świeżej żywności
- potrafisz współpracować z urzędnikami ds. zdrowia środowiskowego

We are a small manufacturer, based in West Bromwich. We produce fresh food products for our customers across England. We are a Polish food specialist.

On this occasion, we are seeking to hire a Food Production Supervisor.

If you:

If you can:

- allocate and supervise staff to different jobs to achieve overall production efficiency
- ensure that production targets are met
- control packaging, labels, etc, and sign off required documents
- observe department stock rotation and control
- deal with quality/ process issues
- sign off department specifics training
- maintain accurate production records and reports
- collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
- ensure that appropriate Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene procedures are implemented at all times
- lead by example and ensure that you and your team are adhering to company policies and procedures in relation to Product Quality, and Food Safety.
- understand HACCP
- understand the process of fresh food production
- liaise with Environmental Health Officers

**We require a very good level of Polish and English, written and spoken.**

Expected hours: 40 per week
