We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Finance Business Partner to join our team In this role, you'll provide financial business partnering and analytical support, using commercial insight, to senior leadership team members, their leadership teams and Change programme leads to support with Change projects. Reporting into the Senior Change Finance Business Partner, you'll work with the VMO and Finance’s Shared Service Team to prioritise analytical resource and engage MI owners for the necessary data to guide and challenge business teams, ensuring decisions are aligned with the Group’s objectives and priorities.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Presenting and reporting the business’ financial performance to a variety of stakeholders including ExCo, Senior Leadership Team, Tribe leads and governance bodies
- Utilising financial, actuarial and other operational reports and data from a variety of sources
- Delivering robust and credible budgets and forecasts that reflect the strategy, risks and opportunities of the Change area. You'll co-ordinate, engage and project manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of budget inputs to agreed timescales. You'll understand risks and opportunities and ensure that variances to budget are understood, communicated and mitigated where possible
- Offer financial partnering and investment appraisal expertise to support Category project teams, particularly with respect to investment opportunities, partnership tenders and cost and benefit tracking. You'll work with the Shared Service Analyst Pool to deliver robust business cases and scenarios, sharing best practice and agreeing priorities
- Identifying and managing the risks involved in running the business in relation to this role, in line with the company risk framework and in conjunction with the Risk function

**What you'll need**:

- Qualified or part qualified accountant (with relevant business experience)
- Risk identification and management experience
- Ability to clearly present and explain financial data to a non-financial audience
- Ability to interpret financial information and act on it
- Strong financial modelling skills coupled with the ability to build robust, flexible and understandable models

This is a hybrid role that can be based in either London or Leeds, and you'll spend at least 1 day a week in the office.
