**Finance Business Partner**

**Salary**: £45,000- £55,000

Location: Leeds + Hybrid Working

**About the company**:
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially focused individual to join the Commercial Finance Team of a forward thinking, well known market leading business. This business is extremely profitable growing by circa. £120 million in the last 12months (They are currently £570m). As Finance Business Partner you will work in a diverse team of 10, but will have lots of autonomy and ownership over your workload. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, he will constantly strive to empower and developyour skillset and commercial acumen.

You will be business partnering with 1-2 Senior Operations Managers who manage a headcount of approx. 125 people and an OPEX budget of £10 million. Overall, you will work with a £40 million TOTEX budget.

Each week, you will primarily focus on Operational Business Partnering for one site which you will visit once a week within Leeds. In addition to this, you will also look at one of the major functions of the business on a national scale. Therefore, thisrole will give you focused exposure as well as a holistic view of the business. Your duties & responsibilities will include:

- Providing finance and project support to two Senior Operation Managers
- Taking ownership over one site, producing comprehensive value-add reports and insight
- Business Partnering with finance/non finance stakeholders
- Analysing and producing margin variance reports
- Forecasting/Budgeting
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- CIMA/ACCA Qualified
- Have experience working with high value budgets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business is essential.
