We’re searching for a People and Culture Advisor in London to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

As an ambassador of People and Culture and our purpose, vision, values and ‘edyn ideology’, you will coach our Line Managers on employee relations across the UK in a timely, compliant manner in the edyn way.

**A role less ordinary.**
- Building a respected and trusted relationship with Managers across the UK in Operations and Support Functions, so that you become the ‘go to’ for providing trusted and at times confidential advice and guidance
- Supporting the delivery of P&C key deliverables including Engagement, Talent Management, Absence Management, Retention, Onboarding, Equality, Performance Management etc.
- Work closely with the UK People, Culture & Payroll Manager and admin team to ensure edyn ideology and values are nurtured across the Group, alongside supporting with projects to evolve the edyn brand, People Strategy and our ways of working
- Ensure Managers understand and follow our HR policies, procedures and processes consistently
- Carrying out regular P&C Reviews/ audits with Line Managers to provide advice, guidance and coaching on employee relations and end to end employee life cycle management

**Who you are.**
- Ideally at least an Associate member of CIPD with Level 5 CIPD qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in HR advice and guidance (essential)
- Experience in a multi-site organisation (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality and strong knowledge of employment law, coaching and training skills
- This role will suit someone with great attention-to-detail, who enjoys variety and takes accountability

**Our natural habitat.**

We believe in working flexibly - this includes flexibility in work location, working days (including weekends and bank holidays in operations) and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. Ask your recruiting manager or see our careers page for more information.

For this role, you will be based in London primarily - but travelling to our sites across UK where required and the capacity to work from home at times too.

Our core working hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
