**Responsibilities**:

- Craft exquisite and visually stunning cocktails, ensuring a balance of flavours, precise measurements, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests.
- Collaborate closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards to create a welcoming environment.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with precision.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed their expectations and provide exceptional service recovery.
