Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the breakfast menu ensuring high-quality food production
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to order ingredients and supplies
- Oversee breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Implement cost-control measures to achieve budget targets
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hotel or restaurant industry
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of breakfast menu planning and preparation
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Bartending experience is advantageous
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
