**Pay and Benefits**:

- Salary range £24000-26000 per annum with bonus

- **DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing)**

**The impact you will have in this role**:
Being a member of the Operations Risk & Control (ORC) team the ORC Senior Analyst performs various capture, reconciliation, and reporting tasks in a control focused environment. The Senior Analyst communicates directly with clients, agents, and other departments to resolve discrepancies. The ORC Senior Analyst has a high attention to detail and strives for timely delivery.

**Your Primary Responsibilities**:

- Executes on operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides, able to make suggestions on improving process and efficiency.
- Processes specialized workflows, resolves exceptions, assists with complex inquiries.
- Takes ownership of workload, ensures deliverables met in-line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks; while adhering to critical timeframes; ability to manage competing priorities.
- Building knowledge of department controls. Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalates appropriately
- Maintains a steadfast focus on client service, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential
