Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a **Stock Controller** to join our sales team.

You will complete regular stock checks on our used wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV’s).

Hours of work are **Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm **and the salary is **£25k per annum.**

**The main duties of the role are**:

- Complete regular stock checks and report to management
- Liaise with service department to organise cars for full prep
- Update customers on vehicle order progress if required liaising with Admin
- Answer incoming calls from customers and Internal departments
- Arrange buy backs from customers and add to stock
- Update CRM system when appropriate
- Process paperwork for vehicle sales, including preparing contracts and arranging financing.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle to potential customers.
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential customers and answer any questions they may have.

**To be effective in this role, you will have**:

- Experience of working in a sales environment.
- Strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Excellent communication skills with Customers and Internal Departments.
- Planning and organisation skills.

Previous experience of using Salesforce CRMwould be advantageous but is not essential.
