We're seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, optimising stock movement, and contributing to the smooth operation of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor inventory levels and trends to ensure timely stock replenishment and prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to generate purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using state-of-the-art inventory management software.
- Inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Organise and optimise stock storage for efficient retrieval and prevention of damage.
- Implement stock rotation strategies and manage product shelf life effectively.
- Work closely with various departments to understand stock needs and coordinate replenishments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present regular inventory reports and insights to management.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification in supply chain management is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management best practices and supply chain principles.
