The role.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business processes and identify opportunity for improvement.
- Develop and implement business processes using a structured approach to drive efficiency.
- Formally record new processes in a structured manner using Visio.
- Accountable for change management.
- Work alongside the Project Manager to support the process adoption.
- Agree and communicate key milestones with relevant stakeholders.
The person.
- Ideally you will hold a Degree in **Engineering** and be trained in either **Lean**or **6 Sigma**.
- Strong communication skills. Written and verbal.
- Empathise and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in process creation, development and implementation.
- A strong problem solver.
