I am partnering with a very fast-growing web security company based in Knutsford, just off the M6 with really good transport links to both Liverpool and Manchester. You can easily travel there by car or by train (The train takes 35 minutes from their officesto Manchester). They are looking for a smart and technically brilliant Senior.NET Developer who wants to be in a team that codes the right way and puts the quality of the code first, by using best practices and by NOT having stressful and unrealistic targetsto hit that can cause the projects to be rushed.

They have been growing at a mega fast rate and have customers all around the world in over 100 countries and are also being recognized in multiple software awards. The whole IT team understands the need of moving with the times and because of this they havebeen seeing massive benefits of implementing cloud technologies, including the use of AWS.

They believe in following agile strictly and they do this to the best of their ability with the use of many other best practices such as Test Driven Development and Frequent project releases. Pair Programming is something they are very keen to use wheneverthey can and they also have common code reviews and support meetings to help you learn new technologies and progress quickly to the next level of your career.

This is a company that puts its staff first and has created a really cool, fun, and relaxed atmosphere with some of the best offices I have visited that are designed to be loved by developers. The offices include the likes of sit-down stand-up desks, treadmills,breakout areas and much more. The team are also very sociable and run event nights every 4-6 weeks, some recent ones have included wine and cheese nights and a day out at Manchester’s VR and Gaming centre.
