**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency.
- Manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the food and drink offering, recommending and upselling at every opportunity.
- Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the wider kitchen and hotel team.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
