Restaurant Supervisor

**The exciting opportunity**

As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be expected to take complete control and accountability for the day-to-day food operations throughout the restaurant to ensure that the highest level of service is offered to guests.

**What we are looking for?**

Duties will include:

- Control the Restaurant operations including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service.
- You will promote a hospitable and professional image to the guest and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
- Ensure the management of the departments are meeting the set criteria, through confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
- You would control costs through correct stock usage, storage, rotation, par stock levels maintained and minimise waste to meet with Company standards.
- Ensure team awareness of hotel facilities, restaurant /bar opening times, hotel promotions, products, services and disabled facilities.
- To ensure the Company Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislation are adhered to; this will involve carrying out appropriate training.
