e-Qualitas is a large, privately run Teacher Training provider. Working in partnership with a network of schools, we are recognised as one of the country’s leading teaching apprenticeship providers.

The Programme and Training Coordinator is a key role supporting the Programme Team to ensure that all programme and training requirements, and all related administrative tasks are managed and efficiently coordinated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Programme Director in all aspects of academic provision
- Supporting the Subject Leads and the Programme Director to create and develop the eQ training schedule
- Acting as the main point of contact for all training activity-related queries
- Supervising all face to face and online training events and resolving any issues during and after each event.
- Tracking trainee attendance and following up on absences
- Monitoring feedback to identify improvements and trainee engagement
- Assisting in the development of training materials, curating resources and proformas
- Managing all admin tasks required to run asynchronous and online training events
- Sending out regular communications to trainees on behalf of the Programme and Subject teams
- Contributing to the development of the curriculum
- Signposting trainees with Wellbeing issues
- Recruiting and onboarding new members of staff
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Other ad hoc admin tasks as required
- Responsible for ensuring GDPR requirements are adhered to

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience of working in an educational setting
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline
- Outstanding communication and English language skills, both verbal and written
- Possesses a positive and proactive attitude to work
- Demonstrates high levels of professionalism.
- Previous experience of planning and organising training events
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work unsupervised and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Constantly striving to adapt and improve standards wherever possible

We operate a hybrid working pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Laptop and mobile phone will be provided as will full training and the support of a fantastic team. Benefits include a basic salary of up to £27,500 depending on experience, plus a generous holiday allowance AND your birthday off
