**Your role in a nutshell**

As our Junior Creative, you’ll see the visions in your head turn into reality across all the experiences we design. With the wider team for support you’ll take a client brief and run with it, putting your visualisation and artwork skills into practice and selling the dream. You’ll also have the ability to produce idents, logos and branding to bring everything together.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Packages - you will have a basic working knowledge of adobe suite, with the view to getting stuck in and learning all the packages profficiently
- Pitches - as part of a team you will come up with unbeatable ideas and able to pull together topline creative moodboards and direction for review by the Directors.
- Copy - you’ll be good with words as well as pictures, and able to bring an event experience to life through copy and documentation creation
- Visuals - you will learn a relevant creative package to be able to produce floorplans and visuals to a high standard
- Brand Guidelines - with our Creative Teams support you ‘get’ brand guidelines and know how to push them without irritating a brand team
- Graphic Design & Artwork - you can produce basic graphic design and with support you will be able to prep artwork for print and be able to pull together a whizz-bang onscreen to help us win pitches
- Brand Guardian - you’ll support with our creative content strategy and the development of WLT’s social and website channels, plus take care of event photography
- Communication - you’ll give accurate and timely updates on all projects and client developments via the appropriate channels e.g. Monday, Slack or face-to-face meetings

This role is remote working with trips to the office/team meet ups when necessary
