Tradestock is one of the leading housewares suppliers in the UK, our retail focused, and design led client base covers a wide spectrum of customers including supermarkets, biggest national chain stores as well as independent retailers; we supply our own portfolio of branded as well as customer branded products.

We are currently recruiting for the exciting and varied position of **National Account Product Coordinator**. Working closely with our senior colleagues, you will be responsible for following customers product journeys from the initial concept brief to reaching the store shelf Imagine the satisfaction of seeing your work on the shelf of your local supermarket or homewares store

**As Product Coordinator you will be**:

- Coordinating product lifecycle - from brief to the store shelf
- Liaising with suppliers in the Far East, Europe and UK and processing customer seasonal design briefs
- Processing customer samples & arranging product retail packaging.
- Looking after technical product compliance
- Sales administration, including order processing, stock enquiries, due dates, PODs (proof of delivery) and queries.
- Ensuring projects are within timeline including supporting in managing the critical path.
- Managing system uploads
- Uploading documents to customer portals
- Working with a diverse portfolio of products and customers within the tabletop category

**What we’re looking for**:

- Passion for product and an interest in housewares
- A willingness to learn and improve and have a 'hands on’ approach.
- Appetite to learn new skills and explore new product ranges.
- Strong time management and a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

You will be expected to manage your time in an efficient and orderly manner learning to prioritize tasks according to their level of importance and urgency. Proven ability to take initiative and go the “extra mile” to exceed expectations would be a huge advantage.

**Salary & Benefits for the Product Coordinator**:

- £23k-£25k per annum (achievable after training and proven independent track record)
- 20 days holiday per annum, increasing by 1 day each year of service of up to 25 days per annum + bank holidays.
