An excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to join our market leading family-owned business based in the heart of Shropshire, founded on an ethos of providing solutions for safer roads.

We are ISO9001 & ISO 14001 certified.

This opportunity is days only, Monday to Friday, No shifts.

**Job summary for a Production Operative**:
Carry out production tasks in a safe manner to achieve your targets (Quality, delivery, cost and efficiency) while operating within the Company policies and procedures.

Always personally set a good example of behaviour and commitment to the company.

**Key roles of a Production Operative**:

- Loading mould tools
- Loading oven
- Trimming finished product
- Routing joint line
- Basic tool frame and oven maintenance

**Requirements of a Production Operative**

**Skills**: Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail.

**Physical Stamina**: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

**Safety Awareness**: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety guidelines.

**Team Player**: Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
