**Senior/ Principal Recruitment Consultant**

**Aqua are a multidisciplinary consultancy covering Engineering, Commercial and Asset Management services across the UK within the water, energy and environment sectors.**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage Aqua Consultant’s recruitment accounts such as CV Library and LinkedIn recruiter, in order to post and review vacancies within the company.
- Prepare job adverts for vacancies advertised.
- Prepare and manage the flow of documentation for new roles within the company. This includes offer letters, confirmation letters and communication of contracts / negotiations on the Hiring Manager’s behalf.
- Liaise with HR and other department to prepare for new starters.
- General administrative tasks required.

**Reporting**
- All day-to-day duties will be reported to the Recruitment Manager

**Liaise With**
- External Recruiters where the Hiring Manager has requested the roles to go external
