We are an online property auction marketplace. We provide our technology to estate agents so that buyers and sellers can sell properties online. By working in partnership with estate agents, we are helping to make property transactions fast, certain andtransparent.

We encourage creative ideas and out of the box thinking. As part of our customer success strategy, you may be required to travel around the UK to attend meetings with your key stakeholders. This is a front facing, customer role, so communication and proactivityare key to your success.

**Salary**: £35K

Locaton: Remote

Your day to day role and responsibilities will include:
? Working with our sales director and customer success teams to identify key customers and enterprise customers

? Creating great customer experiences for our key customers and enterprise customers and ensuring that these customers derive true value from our product, to both ensure repeat business and increase/retain subscription revenue

? Training and onboarding agents, remotely and in person.

? Driving revenue growth from key customers and enterprise customers, through proactive and consultative customer success

? Analysing and tracking key customer and enterprise usage data to drive greater product use

? Carrying out monthly status meetings and quarterly business reviews with key customers and enterprise customers

? On site visits with key customers and enterprise customers as required

? Organising, owning and running the Innovation Council, comprising key customers, enterprise customers and key stakeholders

? Running product feedback sessions with key customers and enterprise customers, identifying potential customer issues and working closely with stakeholders to find timely solutions

? Holding enterprise renewal conversations where appropriate

? Providing first point of contact services to key customers and enterprise customers

? Responding to queries from key customers and enterprise customers

? Assisting with marketing and marketing events (both offline and online)

**Requirements**:
? Experience working in B2B customer success essential

? Experience working with SaaS products essential

? Stakeholder management experience essential

? Experience of high profile presentations to C-suite and key decision makers essential

? Customer success strategic experience desirable

? Experience working within estate agency sector preferred

? Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

? Must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
