Job Description:
- Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics manager the Inbound Logistics Administrator will be primarily responsible for arranging collections of department purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner, liaising with approved freight partners and suppliers and providing analysis to identify trends and recommend cost saving and process improvement solutions.
- Key Tasks will include:
- Recording data on a daily basis
- Booking all inbound collections and providing accurate DOA’s to the relevant parties within the parts department
- Liaising with suppliers and freight partners
- Preparing and processing documentation when required
- Liaising with the appropriate authorities to ensure we remain compliant and up to date with any new requirements
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with passes in Maths or English
- Experience in a high volume business, shipping and sourcing globally would be desirable.
- Experience in understanding data analysis
- Must have proven experience of working in a fast moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
- Must have excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
