**Job Title**:Quality Assurance Officer/Quality Assistant

**Hours**:Full Time

**Salary**:£11 per hour

**About the role**:

- Completing call quality checks for Customer Services and the Alarm Response Centre
- Completing audits for Customer Services, Alarm Dispatch and the Alarm Response Centre
- Conducting process reviews across the company
- Managing administration for the ISO audits, including document updates and non-conformances
- Supporting the Quality Team with dip-testing processes
- Attending/minuting the Process Change Committee where necessary
- Website testing for our brands

- Ability to self-manage your workload to make sure all jobs are completed to schedule
- Ability to communicate well with your colleagues and management
- High attention to detail to ensure that work is completed accurately
- A motivated individual who will be able to maintain and encourage a continuous high level of output for both themselves and their colleagues
- A critical mindset and ability to analyze processes

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Someone who will strive for excellence and is willing to go the extra mile
- Previous experience of auditing or involvement in quality assurance
- Knowledge of BSI Certifications
