**Role Title: Painter - Part Time **(25 Hours Per Week Generally between 4:00pm and 9:00pm Monday to Friday although some flexibility is available)

**Location: Coventry**

**Role Purpose**:
We now have a vacancy for a Painter and Decorator to work on a rolling programme of decoration within the School, to refresh decoration whilst providing mínimal disruption to the Facility users.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
Working from the FM office within the School and working closely with other members of the facilities team, you will be providing a decorating service to all areas of the Site in accordance with the requirements of the site manager. Flexibility will be paramount due to the continual operation of the clients business during the re-decoration program.

Integral recognise that job descriptions are not always helpful in describing what tends to be a flexible and responsive service, but in the first instance you will be expected to:

- Actively support at all times Company policy and best practice in the provision of services.
- Ensure all tasks or requests issued by the Facilities Manager, or relevant senior Integral managers are discharged in an appropriate manner.
- Report health and safety hazards to the Facilities Manager / relevant senior manager.
- Meet customer's requests and needs within timescales to the contract and their satisfaction, work within and monitor set budget targets.
- Adhere to Integral health and safety working practices.
- Undertake any training necessary in your field
**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- Time served apprenticeship in painting and decorating.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer focus.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and take the lead role in completing the work required.
