Team Marshall

We are now recruiting for both full and part-time Team Marshalls for England’s first Sports City - The Ultimate Indoor Sports Experience

**What you’ll be getting up to**:

- Daily assembly and layout of equipment.
- Proactively walk the site assisting customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Enforcing the safety rules whilst simultaneously upholding excellent customer service.
- Communicating effectively within our team and with our guests.
- Interacting with the customers
- Assisting with Customer Parties and Specialist Events.
- Monitoring activities throughout the Sports City - maintaining high safety levels but ensuring an engaging and fun atmosphere for all customers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment - on your own or as part of a team.
- Provide support when needed across various areas of the business.
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment & activities.
- Carrying out opening and closing duties.
- Other duties as required.

- Is flexible in their availability; able to work evenings and weekends.
- Is comfortable speaking in front of groups. Presenting a safety brief before customers enter the park and demonstrating features in Sports City.
- Enjoys working as part of a team and helping others to achieve their goals.
- Has an engaging character with the ability to make people smile.
- A fun, inspiring and energetic person who can communicate with customers, staff members and parents.
- Is flexible and willing to learn across all areas of the Sports City including Front of House and Food & Beverage.
- Park opening hours: Mondays - Friday (10am to 7pm) / Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (10am to 7pm)

**Job Type: Full & Part-time - **We are looking for both Full-time & Part-time staff.

**Rate of Pay**:£6.83 to £9.50 per hour according to national living wagefor your age

**Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Language: English (required)
- First Aid trained (preferred)
- DBS Certification (required)
- Experience in a leisure/customer service environment.

**Applicants must be age 18 years or over.**

**Flexibility**:Applicants must be flexible as you will be required to change your working pattern at short notice to meet service requirements which will include shifts, early mornings, evenings and weekends.
