**Aftersales Corporate Admin and Support Executive**

**£28,000 + bonus**

**40 hours a week**

**Hybrid (home based and Farnborough)**

MSX International is looking for an Aftersales Corporate Admin and Support Executive to join our busy BMW team in Farnborough.

Though mainly focused in providing Aftersales Corporate Admin, the role will support projects and provide administrative support to the wider Parts, Accessories and Bodyshop Team.

**The Role**

In this role, the Corporate Admin and Support Executive will be involved with a number of essential administrative tasks within a small hub of aftersales administrators, supporting exciting new and ongoing projects:
As part of this role, the Corporate Admin and Support Executive will be:

- Reporting in Excel and providing weekly and monthly departmental insights
- Providing stakeholders with regular project developments and status updates
- Management of Internal, Retailer and Customer enquiries in relation to Corporate Aftersales
- Support improvements and content of National and Retailer websites related to Corporate facing content
- Support meetings relating to Corporate Aftersales programmes supporting the Key stakeholders
- Create and supply content for systematic and status updates where required
- As and when required, provide administrative and reporting support to the Manager, Parts, Accessories and Bodyshop and the wider team

**About you**

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great organizational skills. Our ideal Corporate Admin Executive and Support Executive will have experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with internal, external and network wide Stakeholders and providing essential executive summaries and reports to Senior Management. As well as:

- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask with flexible attitude
- Proven experience in driving productivity and keeping to deadlines
- Ability to interpret, analyse and make recommendations from variable data sources
- Strong MS Office experience - Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
