Direct Business Solutions offer a range of energy procurement strategies and access to business tariffs from major gas and electricity suppliers, they provide businesses of all sizes with a comprehensive utility management service. They have worked with over 7,000 clients and have a multitude of experience kick-starting apprentices' careers, providing full support and guidance whilst on programme and after.

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will gain valuable experience in the marketing field while working alongside an experienced and passionate team. From creating engaging content for their website and social media platforms, to supporting and analysing their marketing campaigns, this is an incredible opportunity to learn and grow in a real-world business environment.

**In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships, as well as completing your Google Analytics certification**

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Support in the Planning and Execution of Marketing Activities/Campaigns
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective briefs
- Assist in the planning and creation of content for social media, internal channels, and websites
- Analyse external suppliers, competitors, and market trends
- Use existing campaign data, competitor content, and other sources to inform marketing strategies
- Use data analysis tools to measure and evaluate campaign performance
- Utilise platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, various social media analytics, and SE Ranking
- Interpret customer and campaign data to provide actionable insights

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Basic experience with marketing tools or platforms are desirable
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practice
- Creative design skills or familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Suite
- Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE & grade 4/C in English GCSE
