Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for an **e**xperienced Head of Network Operations (NOC) to lead our network operations team and ensure our broadband network runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

**Here's why you'll be great in the role...**
- You have previous experience of hands-on experience in network engineering or network operations roles, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- You have a strong understanding of network technologies, security principles, vendor management, and performance analysis.
- You excel at troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents, and ensuring the reliability and security of complex network infrastructure.
