HEAD OF NETWORK OPERATIONS LOCATION - HULLHYBRID WORKING - 3 DAYS ON SITESALARY - £80,000 - £90,000 + BENEFITS Your new role I am looking for an experienced Head of Network Operations to take ownership of my client's network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability as the business continues to grow. What You’ll Do Monitor and maintain network performance, resolving issues proactively. Lead and mentor a team of network professionals. Implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats. Plan and deliver network upgrades, expansions, and migrations. Collaborate with vendors and manage SLAs. Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights. Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and compliance. What You’ll Need to Succeed Proven experience in network engineering or operations leadership. Strong knowledge of network technologies and security principles. Skilled in incident management, change management, and vendor relationships. Previous experience managing a NOC team – the people management side of this role is crucial. Extensive knowledge and experience with FWA 5G / Fibre Networks / Core Network Technologies. What You’ll Get in Return The role comes with a salary of up to £90,000 + benefits. The position requires the successful applicant to work on-site for a minimum of 3 days per week.
