Pinkstones Toyota is looking for a Fleet Sales Consultant to join their existing fleet team, working closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure business customers are serviced efficiently and effectively for their company's mobility needs.

Pinkstones Toyota operates the largest single site CDA in the UK, with a dedicated Business Centre focused on providing a tailored service to each customer.

The Business Centre Fleet Sales Consultant will:
**Builds rapport and qualifies the customer’s requirements**
- Plans and organises own daily selling activity - telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing Fleet customers, general enquiries, sales leads and cold calling) to win new business
- Talks and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements in full
- Qualifies own understanding of the customers’ requirements - through discussion and gauging the customer’s reaction to alternative options - to build the closest possible match between the final solution and the customer
- Arranges and co-ordinates product demonstrations to fit with the customer’s requirements
- Uses a detailed understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the most appropriate solution

**Builds the relationship with the customer during and following handover**
- Ensures that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer is happy and maintains ongoing contact with customers in order to build relationships and ensure future repeat business

**Works as a full member of the centre team**
- Works with colleagues and teams across the centre to provide a seamless service to customers (e.g. by informally observing and responding to the needs of customers who are not being attended to by other members of staff)
- Ensures opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist
- Great telephone prospecting skills building relationships from initial contact with conviction and confidence.
- Ability to work as part of a wider team to give the best customer experience.
- Proven track record of a successful and resilient prospecting strategy.
- Strong organisation skills to be able to manage their own work load in tandem with the needs of the department and wider organisation.
- Proven record of relationship management.
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Full UK Driving License.

It would also be an advantage to:

- Have previous experience within Fleet Sales
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

**Working Pattern**

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

**Renumeration**

£20,000pa Basic Salary with uncapped OTE of £40,000pa
Company Vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,244.23-£45,965.02 per year
