Join The Chimneys Clinic in Bury St Edmunds as a Quality Improvement Lead and Personal Assistant. This doesn’t mean you will have the workload of three people, but rather that you’ll put on different hats as you support adults with mental health conditionsand the wider service.

You will provide quality improvement administrative support to managers and employees. This will see you deliver and drive best practices, ensuring compliance, policies and procedures.

As a Quality Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for the Quality and Compliance of the service is in line with CQC Regulations, NHSE and other external regulatory bodies.

Working alongside the Regional Quality Improvement Manager, you will ensure all audits are carried out and inputted into the ACC system. You will review contractual requirements and where necessary populate information required for CQUIN /KPI, reportingutilising the Contracts Team to fully achieve the CQUIN/KPI requirements.

When you are not providing quality improvement support, you will deliver secretarial support to the Hospital Director, including diary management, and any other administrative tasks.

**Other responsibilities

- Having oversight of the Site Improvement Plan, including adding and tracking actions, proactively liaising with staff to ensure that tasks and actions are completed and that this can be evidenced.
- To provide accurate data for external and internal bodies, such as CQC and NHS England as required and promptly, ensuring the Hospital Director is kept informed at all times.
- Oversee the quality dashboards for the hospital, ensuring that the dashboards are up to date and assessments are reviewed and updated as appropriate
- Schedule, attend and participate in a range of Hospital Meetings including but not limited to Clinical Governance, KPI meetings, SMT meeting

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Experienced and proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative and secretarial skills
- Experience with complex databases and electronic records
