Roberto's Italian is an extremely successful independent and authentic Italian restaurant which first established in the town of Southport in 1987, progressing to the larger popular seaside destination of Ocean Plaza over eighteen years ago.

The position available is a superb opportunity for the right applicant to establish themselves at one of Southport's premier restaurants, in a relatively small town with a high percentage of knowledgeable and discerning customers. Working mainly evenings and weekends, the package on offer includes free car parking, staff meals and an excellent tip-sharing scheme.
- Working within a busy restaurant

**Do you have**:

- Experience of waiting on with a passion for customer service to an extremely high standard.
- Excellent hygiene and health and safety standards, with a sharp eye for cleanliness in order to exceed customer expectations as well as essential industry standards.
- Sound knowledge or interest in allergens with confidence to discuss customer requirements.
- Conscientious attitude towards running costs including energy usage.
- Ability to lead from the front whenever necessary, with excellent communication skills
- Easy going with a happy disposition
- Confidence chatting with customers and dealing with telephone bookings
