**Role Overview**:
This role blends front-of-house service with creative writing tasks. You will deliver outstanding customer service, support with bar and cocktail preparation, and also contribute to written content for menus, promotions, and social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional and friendly table service.
- Take and process orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, Italian wines, and beverages to a high standard.
- Assist in bar operations, including stock and presentation.
- Share knowledge of Italian food and drinks with guests, offering recommendations.
- Write engaging content for menus, marketing, and online promotion.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming Italian dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ hospitality experience, including waitressing and bar work.
- Proven cocktail-making and bar knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Italian food, wines, and cocktails.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-focused.
