This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding team. We are looking for a solid administrator who has a proven track record within a similar role who exudes passion for what they do.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Main point of contact for assigned client accounts, coordinating all retail activity
- Builds and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Ensuring all key documents are up to date
- Creating and monitoring regular reports for the international team
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Communicating with internal organisations regarding order processing, logistics, legal, sales teams, and marketing

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, prioritising an ever-changing workload
- Strong attention to detail and ability to constantly multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills
