We have an exciting opportunity for a Office Administrator to join our team at DIT Design. This role will provide administrative support activities that facilitate the smooth running of the projects and business, providing a high-quality service to customers through administrative tasks. This role will report to the Contract Administration Manager, working across DIT and supporting with the Skynet contract.

Serco’s DIT team at Waterlooville forms part of the technology capability, providing high integrity test solutions, through-life support, data acquisition/simulation, and technical consultancy. The DIT team works with leading industry technologies and tools, which are integrated into innovative solutions that enables customers to reduce costs and succeed in their goals.

Main responsibilities of the role include: *
- Administration support to the DIT contract across all projects including assistance to the configuration, security departments and Project Managers.
- Booking of meeting rooms, organising, and arranging meetings for staff, including arranging refreshments and buffets.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the management team, including diary management, arranging training and travel.
- Assist with presentations and reports on behalf of the management team using data they have provided.
- Maintain filing systems and key documentation.
- Raising purchase orders as directed.
- Maintain documents and update the document database under the supervision and guidance of the Configuration and Data Manager.
- Managing supplier invoices and processing.
- Minute taking.

**What you'll need to do the role**
- Good level of general educations, specifically English and Maths.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under-pressure to meet specific deadlines.
