**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right beauty and perfume products.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they have a personalized shopping experience.
- Demonstrate and promote various beauty and perfume products to drive sales.
- Assist customers in choosing skincare, makeup, and fragrance items according to their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty and perfume counter, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge sessions to enhance your expertise in the beauty industry.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the beauty or fragrance sector, is desirable but not essential.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a strong interest in skincare, makeup, and perfumes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
