Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Supervise and train a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyse sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition to make informed business decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

**Skills**:

- Retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers and staff
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone
- Ability to effectively manage, motivate, and communicate with a team of employees
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide the store team towards achieving goals

Pay: £32,000.00 per year

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
