We are looking for a **Band 6 CPN’s** to start ASAP and work for at least 3 months in Nuneaton working with the Mental Health Service.

The pay rate for this **Band 6 CPN’s role **is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

Address: Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, Avenue House, Nuneaton, CV11 5HX.

Full Time: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm (may consider part time).
- Description: To carry a caseload of clients, to provide interventions to aide recovery and reduce relapse. To monitor medication and support with medical reviews. To complete CPA and documentation of clinical notes. To attend MDT and other meetings within the MDT as required. Team is currently using a hybrid model of in office and remote working from home.

*A car will be required for this role*
