Secondment / Fixed Term. An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Mental Health Liaison Service which works out of three Acute hospitals in Coventry, Nuneaton and Warwick. We have secured funding to cover maternity secondment for a Band 6 clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. We would particularly like to hear from Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists with a background in Adult Mental Health/Learning Disability and/or Older Adults Mental Health. This will give you a better overview of the job role and requirements.ResponsibilitiesJoin a multidisciplinary team in the Mental Health Liaison Service across three Acute Hospitals (Coventry, Nuneaton, Warwick).Provide high-quality care to people attending A&E or receiving care in a general hospital.Cover maternity leave and support the expanding service.Work with a range of mental health conditions, including self-harm, mental health crises, or age-related mental disorders.Collaborate with Nurse practitioners, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Clinical Support Workers and a Clinical Trainer to support new staff.Qualifications and ExperienceWe would particularly like to hear from Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.Background in Adult Mental Health/Learning Disability and/or Older Adults Mental Health.Experience working with a wide range of mental health conditions, including self-harm, crises, or age-related mental disorders.About the OrganisationCoventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust provides a full range of expanding mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
