As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for finding tenants for new homes to rent and helping landlords rent their properties.

My client is a well-established company based in Hove.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator will be:

- Registering Prospective Tenants, Booking Viewings, Conducting Viewings and Negotiating/Presenting Offers to Clients.
- Dealing with general day to day telephone and walk-in enquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Updating clients on the feedback of accompanied viewings.
- Liaising/Updating Clients on the progress of their let, following through until successful move-in.
- Setting Up Tenancy Agreements and other supporting legal documentation associated with current and new properties.
- Negotiating renewal contracts and following the process through to successful completion.
- Arranging valuations to be accompanied by the branch manager.
- Supporting the branch manager with listing viewings, preparing photos and descriptions of new properties coming to the market.
- Supporting the branch manager with general day to day involvement of the business reporting back on a daily basis of the progress of individual task.
- Supporting the branch manager with day to day banking and dealing with deposits.

**Profile**

The successful Lettings Negotiator will have:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
- A strong customer focus.
- Desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills.
- Full UK driving licence. Must be ambitious and highly motivated.
- Superb negotiating skills.
- Being responsible for negotiating lets.
- Worked in Lettings previously.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Local knowledge of the required area.

**Job Offer**
