The Field Force Assessor role is based within our Civil Training business area.

**The role?**
The difference our new Field Force Assessor will make

As a Field Force Assessor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll directly impact the ongoing learning and development of Aviation professionals undergoing their trade qualifications with the Armed Forces, supporting and mentoring learnersto achieve NVQ level 2/3 accreditation.

Day to day, you'll be assessing, monitoring and sampling learner output in order to prove competency for the Engineering Diploma and BTEC. In this role you'll also be administering documentation and invigilating tests for the learner to achieve their fullEngineering Qualifications.

**Essential experience**:

- Experience in an appropriate engineering environment (military experience)
- Industry related qualifications such as Diplomas, BTECs minimum level 3
- Experience in assessing Diploma/BTEC qualifications L2/L3
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a high level of organisational skills
- Must hold or have the ability to obtain enhanced DBS security clearance with Children's Barred List check
